We are now on the path to the unknown, first step on the ladder from everywhere.

In Nordic myth, as well as many others, the Milky Way is known as the ” ladder to heaven”. The Sun passes through the Galactic Center - center of Milky Way 17-19 December. The Sun is now at the edge of the sacred Vetrarbrautn, winter way. We are on the first rung. For those who are sensitive it is often possible to connect to a “cosmic consciousness,” the ladder which reaches from everywhere. Even for those of us less sensitive we feel the specialness of the season. It is not without reason that the winter solstice has been time of sacred observance worldwide.
