Looks a lot like one of yours (not surprising eh?)- this photos was taken early 1990's. One of its mates was included in my doc dissertation- Patterns of the Spirit a Homeopathic Medicine Wheel

The symbolism of the "first man" emerging from the clam shell fits the archetypal image of the "first" medicine on my homeopathic medicine wheel; Calcarea Carbonica.

The medicine's general characteristics, susceptibilities and association of the direction; East are shared with the myth of Haida "First Man" legend.

As if remembering being deposited by the moon's water on the earth's shore we find these qualities in the homeopathic medicine derived from clam shell: worse full moon, important remedy for infants and children, bent legs, crooked spine, cold damp flabby bodies, ravenous hunger, slow to mature.....

Patterns of the spirit, an endless fascination.
